This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments and refunds for coaching services provided by Next Peak Endurance through nextpeakendurance.com.

By purchasing coaching services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Coaching Plans

Next Peak Endurance offers one-on-one endurance coaching through:

  • Month-to-month coaching plans, billed automatically on the same day each month based on the start date of the coaching subscription.

  • Annual coaching plans, billed in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Coaching services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of the charge and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If an exception is granted, compensation will be issued as account credit toward future services only, not a monetary refund.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their coaching subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting nextpeakendurance@gmail.com.

For month-to-month plans, cancellation will stop future billing, but access to coaching services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

For annual plans, cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not qualify for a refund. Access to coaching services will continue through the remainder of the purchased annual period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the system may automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be successfully processed, coaching services may be paused until payment is resolved.
